Warranty Policy

To ensure your continued confidence in our creations, we provide an official warranty designed to safeguard your purchase and guarantee peace of mind.

This warranty remains valid for a period of one (1) year — twelve (12) consecutive months — commencing from the original date of purchase as indicated on the official invoice issued by Velora or one of our authorized distributors. The coverage of this warranty is specific, limited, and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

• First: The warranty covers proven manufacturing defects, including but not limited to unnatural discoloration of the metal surface not caused by environmental exposure or misuse, the loosening or detachment of stones due to improper setting during production, or any other defect demonstrably originating from manufacturing or assembly errors.

• Second: The warranty explicitly excludes any form of damage, deterioration, or deformation resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or external impact. This includes — though is not limited to — breakage, bending, scratches, dents, or any alteration or attempted repair performed by an unauthorized party.

• Third: The warranty also does not cover any damage caused by contact with chemical substances such as perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, or exposure to moisture, humidity, or water, all of which can affect the plating, stone setting, or overall luster of the jewelry.

• Fourth: To activate or claim the warranty, the customer must present the original invoice containing the purchase details, including invoice number, product description, and transaction date. Requests submitted without this proof of purchase will not be processed under any circumstances.

• Fifth: Velora reserves the full right to inspect and evaluate the item in question prior to approving any repair, replacement, or denial of the claim. This examination allows our quality control specialists to accurately determine the nature and cause of the defect. Should the issue be confirmed as a covered manufacturing fault, Velora will proceed — at its sole discretion — to repair or replace the item without additional charge to the customer.

• Sixth: It should be noted that this warranty does not constitute comprehensive insurance against regular wear and tear associated with normal use. It is a limited assurance that applies strictly to verifiable manufacturing defects. Velora also reserves the right to revise, amend, or update the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our official website shall serve as the sole and binding reference in the event of any inconsistency or misinterpretation.
