Refund & Return Policy

At Velora, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers while maintaining strict compliance with the operational, procedural, and regulatory standards applicable to online commerce. Accordingly, the following policy outlines, in extended detail, the terms and conditions that govern the process of returning or exchanging items purchased through our platforms.



  • First, any customer wishing to initiate a return or exchange request must do so within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, as officially recorded by the shipping company or any other authorized delivery service. Requests submitted after this timeframe will be considered invalid and, regrettably, cannot be processed under any circumstances—except in rare and exceptional cases subject entirely to the discretion of Velora’s management.


  • Second, it is a strict requirement that the item to be returned or exchanged remains in its original, pristine condition—unused, unworn, unaltered, and unmodified in any way—while also retaining all original packaging materials, product tags, authentication cards, accessories, and the original purchase invoice in an undamaged and complete form. Any deviation from these conditions, including visible wear, missing packaging, or damage of any kind, may result in the automatic rejection of the return or exchange request without any obligation of compensation or reimbursement.


  • Third, for hygienic and safety reasons that align with internationally accepted health standards in the jewelry industry, all earrings—regardless of type, size, or design—are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances. This measure exists solely to preserve the well-being of our customers and to maintain the integrity of sanitary handling procedures.


  • Fourth, upon acceptance of a valid return request and subsequent verification that the item meets all required conditions, the refund will be issued exclusively through the same payment method used in the original transaction. The refund process may require a minimum of fourteen (14) business days, commencing from the date the returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance department. Velora bears no responsibility for any delays caused by banking systems, intermediaries, or technical processing timelines beyond our control.


  • Fifth, please note that original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping in all cases, except in those limited circumstances where the item received is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrect as compared to the original order details indicated on the invoice.
