At Velora, we proudly feature three main European jewelry brands, each with its own creative identity. The Spanish houses highlight artisanal craftsmanship and expressive detail, while the Italian brands reflect mastery in metalwork and enduring brilliance. Together, they form the essence of Velora’s carefully curated world.


3. Where are your products made?

All pieces available at Velora are crafted in certified workshops across Spain and Italy under European quality standards. Each creation embodies genuine craftsmanship and precise detailing, from hand polishing to finishing touches.


4. What makes Velora different?

We do not design or mass-produce jewelry — we curate it. Every piece in Velora carries a story, a touch, and a sense of refinement. Our mission is to connect people with the soul of authentic European craftsmanship through an elegant and trustworthy experience.


5. What metals and materials are used?

The collections offered through Velora are crafted from 925 sterling silver or 18k gold plating, often complemented by enamel or cubic zirconia. All partner brands follow European standards for quality and safety. Minor variations in tone or finish are normal, as each piece is handmade.


6. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Most pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin, though reactions vary from person to person. We recommend reviewing the material details on each product page or contacting customer care for guidance before purchasing if you have known sensitivities.


7. Do you offer customization or engraving?

As a curator of European brands, Velora does not directly offer custom design or engraving services. However, some partner brands may allow engraving for select items, depending on availability and production schedules. Each request is reviewed individually and may require additional time for verification and processing.


8. What if my jewelry changes color?

Exposure to air, humidity, or skin contact may cause natural color changes over time — this is common for silver and gold-plated jewelry. Clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth, and avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Please note that environmental discoloration is not covered under warranty.


9. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every item purchased through Velora includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects such as loose stones or abnormal discoloration. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemicals, perfumes, or accidents. The original invoice and inspection are required before approval.


10. What is your return policy?

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after product inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


11. Do you offer international shipping?

Velora provides international shipping through trusted logistics partners. Shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery times vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for accurate address details and any import taxes applicable in their country. Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond Velora’s control.
